Free shipping within australia

We provide free shipping with Australia Post Platinum service for any orders within Australia. Your order will be dispatched within 15 working days from the day you place your order and will come with an accompanying tracking code.

In some rare cases there may be delays to your shipment. Please email onlinesales@diamondelite.com.au if this happens and we will respond immediately.

International shipping

For shipping outside of Australia, please email onlinesales@diamondelite.com.au for a quote.

Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 10 day Return Policy. If, for any reason, you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us subject to the following terms:

  1. The item is returned within 10 days in its original pristine condition.
  2. The ring cannot have any engravings.
  3. Items damaged in transit while being returned to Diamond Elite will not be entitled for this offer.
  4. This policy does not apply to custom made rings.

Lifetime Guarantee & Jewellery Cleaning

Our wedding bands pass through rigorous quality control checks to ensure they are of an excellent standard. Diamond Elite offers a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects. Should your ring(s) have a manufacturing defect, please provide your proof of purchase and we will repair it free-of-charge providing it has not been:

  1. Damaged due to inappropriate use or mishandling (rough work, hard blows to the ring, heavy sporting activities, etc.)
  2. Altered, resized, engraved or repaired by any external parties other than Diamond Elite.
